01 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between tbaj ("Platform", "we", "us") and you ("User", "Member"). By accessing tbaj.cam or creating an account, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

tbaj is an online gaming and entertainment platform that provides services to users in Bangladesh. By using the platform, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement.

02 Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following conditions must be met to create an account and use the services on tbaj:

• You must be at least 21 years old (for those aged 21 and above only).
• You must reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted.
• You must not appear on any exclusion list.
• You must not hold more than one active account.
• You must not be an employee of tbaj or a close relative of one.

03 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To register on tbaj, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Accounts created with false or misleading information will be terminated immediately and any associated balance or winnings will be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Giving any third party access to your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Single Account

Each user may operate only one account. Creating or operating multiple accounts for the same person will be considered bonus abuse and all accounts will be terminated.

04 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for financial transactions on tbaj: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳100.

• Deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Deposited funds must come from your own registered account.
• Third-party payments are not accepted.
• After a successful deposit, the balance is generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Fraudulent Transactions

In the case of suspicious or fraudulent transactions, tbaj reserves the right to suspend, reject or investigate any withdrawal. In the event of money laundering, chargebacks or any other financial abuse, the account will be closed immediately.

05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tbaj offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. After receiving this bonus, a 10x wagering requirement must be met before any withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and terms.
• Bonuses may only be used once by eligible users.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering requirement.
• Using more than one account to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• tbaj reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If evidence of bonus system abuse is found — such as multiple accounts, coordinated betting or artificial wagering — tbaj may void the bonus and related winnings and close the account without prior warning.

06 VIP and Loyalty Program

The tbaj VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback and other benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on your regular activity and participation on the platform. Cashback must be claimed within a specified time period. tbaj reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms and conditions at any time.

07 Gaming Rules and Prohibited Activities

7.1 Fair Play Guarantee

tbaj is committed to ensuring fair and transparent outcomes in all games. SSL encryption and fair play technology are used on the platform.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Using any software, bots, scripts or automated tools to operate games.
• Collusion or coordinated betting with other users.
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform's software.
• Attempting hacking or cyber attacks.
• Attempting to guarantee profit through unconventional or unfair betting strategies.
• Offensive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour.

7.3 Technical Errors

Results or balances displayed incorrectly due to a technical error or system issue are not valid. tbaj reserves the right to cancel or correct transactions in such situations.

08 Responsible Gaming

tbaj places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe that gaming is an entertainment activity, never a solution to financial problems.

• Users may set limits on their own account at any time.
• The self-exclusion feature can be used to suspend an account for a specified period.
• If you notice signs of a gaming problem, you are advised to seek help immediately.

11 Limitation of Liability
